How to Exhibit

4 Simple steps to becoming an exhibitor at the 2018 event:

  1. Review the  2018 Exhibitor Prospectus Brochure 
  2. Review the 2018 Floor Plan and decide what your top 3 booth choices will be
  3. Click here to go online and complete the 2018 Exhibitor Application (select “new exhibitor” at bottom of the landing page if exhibiting for the first time. If you have exhibited before, you can select “forgot password” or contact to request your password).
  4. If you choose to add any additional sponsorship items to your exposure at the expo (such as hotel room keys, reception sponsor, floor clings, etc.) visit the Sponsorship page for directions on how to place your order.

Exhibitor Fees Include:

  • 10′ x 8′ carpeted booth space, drape background 8′ high along the back line with side rails 3′ high.
  • A uniform identification sign 7″ x 44″ showing firm name
  • Four full conference registrations per booth
  • Option to purchase 2 additional conference registrations.
  • Unlimited complimentary Exhibit Hall Only invitations to send to prospects.
  • Listing in the Online Exhibitor Directory available year round.
  • Listing in the printed Conference Program & Expo Buyer’s Guide distributed at event.
  • Exclusive access to sponsorship and advertising opportunities
  • 6’ long x 30″ high 3 sided skirted table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Wastebasket

Already signed up to exhibit at the 2018 show? Login to our exhibitor portal  and update your company profile, register your booth staff, view the exhibitor kit and more!

Exhibitors are entitled to 4 Full Conference Registrations per booth. This includes the opening reception, Saturday morning conference, and the produce expo. If you require additional exhibitor badges, up to 2 additional badges may be purchased during the registration process.
