No — the resort is in Palm Desert. Downtown Palm Springs is about 14 miles (roughly 25 minutes) northwest.
Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is about 9–12 miles, or roughly 20 minutes, from the resort. LAX is about 2.5 hours away without traffic.
A car is recommended for exploring — the Coachella Valley stretches about 40 miles along I-10 and Highway 111. Rideshares are available but can be scarce and pricey at busy times.
Expect hot, dry days. Hydrate often, wear sunscreen, and plan outdoor activities like hiking for early morning or evening.
All booth spaces are 10 ft. wide x 8 ft. deep. Booth sponsorship packages range from Bronze ($6,500) to Platinum ($12,500).
Exhibitor move-in is Thursday, May 27, 1:00–6:00 pm. Exhibition hours are Friday, May 28, 11:30 am–4:00 pm. All hours are subject to change.
